Kitchen Display
Your kitchen screen is already included.
Kitchen Display isn't a second app or a separate box — it's a mode of the Quivi POS you already run. Flip any paired Android device into a live kitchen screen, and every order from QR and the POS lands in the right lane, at the right station, the instant it's placed.
The pass at 8pm
Tickets get shouted, dropped, and fired at the wrong time.
When the kitchen runs on printed slips and raised voices, tickets fall behind the rail, orders fire out of order, and nobody knows what's actually cooking. The floor speeds up; the pass can't see it.
Paper tickets go missing
A rail full of dockets is a rail you can lose — one dropped ticket and a table waits with no state to check.
Fired at the wrong time
Orders fire whenever a slip lands, not when the line's ready — with no timer to hold prep and no shared board, tables go out in the wrong order.
Shouted across the pass
Modifiers and notes get lost between the printer and the cook, so the plate comes back.
The board
Every order in its lane, front and centre.
One screen shows the whole service laid out in live queues. Each card carries the full order — tap it to open the detail and move the order to its next state.

Three live queues
Approval, Preparing, Standby.
The board splits service into lanes that mirror how a real kitchen works — plus a History view of everything already gone out.
Approval
New and scheduled orders wait to be accepted — an animated bell counts them, with a drawer to approve or reject before anything hits the line.
Preparing
Everything fired and on the line, each card live as it cooks.
Standby & History
Toggle a Standby lane on when you need it, and check History for a running record of what's already gone out.
What the screen does
A kitchen display that's part of the POS, not bolted on.
Because it's a mode of the same app, the Kitchen Display inherits everything the POS knows — locations, channels, orders, and printers — and turns it into a screen the line can run all night.
A mode, not another app
Flip the toggle in the POS app bar and any paired Android device becomes a kitchen screen — no second app, no separate hardware.
Routed to the right station
Items belong to a Location — Kitchen, Bar, Cold station — and a Local filter narrows each screen to a single prep area.
Live from QR & POS
Orders appear the instant they're placed over SignalR, with a sound for new orders and a distinct cue for prep tickets routed to your station.
Control what fires
Approve or reject from the pending bell, send pre-preparation tickets in a batch, or let a channel's send-to-preparation timer fire them for you.
Order cards
Every card carries item details, modifiers, and notes — tap to open the full detail and progress the order's state.
Screen, ticket, or both
Run the KDS screen and/or ESC/POS kitchen tickets — a printer subscribes to locations, so it's your choice per Location.
Your kitchen screen is already included.
The screen your line runs on is the terminal you already bought. Every device on the floor is a potential kitchen display — spin one up for a Friday rush, drop it Monday, no procurement.
No second app / no separate hardware
One backend, one flow
Fed by the whole floor, not just the till.
A guest scanning a QR code and a server ringing in at the Point of Sale feed the same kitchen queue in real time. The menu — built by hand or via AI menu import — defines the items and modifiers the cards display, so what the guest orders is exactly what the line sees.
See the pass run quiet.
Book a demo and watch a live order travel from a QR scan to the pass in seconds — routed, sorted, and ready to fire. Bring your own Android and we'll flip it into a KDS on the spot.
